Product description: This product is white powder. It was produced with food additives and food materials which comply with national standards. The stabilizer #27 has good acid resistance, good thermal resistance, and the feed liquid will become transparent after add the acid in it. It helps beverage formed High transparency and strong suspension.
Range of use: orange juice with fruit pieces.
Method of use: Blending the stabilizer #27 and a small quantity of sugar until the powder is no agglomeration. And then put it into hot water slowly. Use the high-shear emulsifier or colloid mill heating it and make it dissolve absolutely.
Dosage: 0.1-0.25%
